HOW TO: make lasagna

here here, the stuffs u need are... :

Ingredient A(for the beef sauce):
  1. chopped onion and garlic
  2. minced beef
  3. salt and pepper
  4. maggi cube (for enhancing the beef taste, u can also use the chicken cube)
  5. tomato puree(u can use tomato sauce if ure running out of puree, if u want it slightly spicy, add some chilli sauce
Ingredient B(white sauce):
  1. butter (in my case i used 2 tablespoon of butter since im usind 500g of beef)
  2. plain flour (2 tablesppon)
  3. milk (2 cups)
  4. salt and pepper
  5. mozarella/ cheddar cheese
With a lasagna pasta layer
cooking ingredient A,
  1. heat oil in pan( not too much oil, just a little because the beef itself will produce oil, u dont want anything too oily)
  2. put chopped onion and garlic in, fry until theyre brownish.
  3. put beef in, cook until its brown.
  4. now add in the tomato puree and chilli sauce if u like.
  5. add in the maggi cube, pepper and salt for seasoning.(make sure u taste the sauce bfore u proceed)
  6. leave it to sizzle, dont forget to keep on checking and stirring it.
cooking ingredient B:
  1. Add butter to pan.
  2. add 2 spoon of plain flour, stir in heat.
  3. remove the pan from heat and add 2 cups of milk. stir until the sauce is thick.
  4. now add the seasonings, (salt and pepper)
  5. add mozarella/cheddar cheese in and stir

now time for arranging the thing u cooked layer by layer. dont forget ur lasagna pasta, i bought the pasta that doesnt require any boiling...spread ur beef at the bottom layer of a ware that can be used in oven.then put the white sauce over it and next the pasta. then put another layer of beef, make sure ur beef cover the pasta to make sure that the pasta is cooked in the oven. keep on layering untill the ware is full and covered with white sauce, add some cheese for topping =) lastly put it in oven in 180C for 30 minutes or untill the top is brown . ^_^
walla!~ here's my lasagna good luck with urs =)

In this post i am showing u how to make lasagna. i apologize for the quality of my shots as its taken by my fone...

JIS INTERNATIONAL DAY

Today is jis international day, we celebrate it every year to show the internationalism in jis. It was a beautiful day...ever since this morning, the words had been stuck in my head describing how beautiful today is..in words i'd say its a BEAUTIFUL, RICH, COLORFUL, FULL OF CULTURE, MAGNIFICENT, WONDERFUL day...you can actually see how rich internationalism is, may b words alone is not enough to describe. i feel lucky 2 b part of JIS, representing Brunei of cos =) u can see ppl dressed up in their own national dress, i was really impressed at how colorful 2day is...there were the Dusun's doing thier dance, The dragon dance, Indian dance, concert and choir i had fun shooting but too bad i dint have enough battery and memory card... sigh... what to do what to do...i dint use my cam as its still with the shop,i used my sis' bridge, wasnt quite satisfy with the shots but hey at least i got d chance 2 take close up shots of the musicians when they were doing their rehearsal X) hehe im pretty glad 2 b d official photographer actually..oh yeah i fogot 2 mention abt the food!! they sold international food as well ^_^ there were Fratini's, Sugar&spice's kebab, Nasi ayam, BBQ hotdog, sushi n lot's! =) i'll post the shots in my next post ^_^

HOW TO : cook buttermilk chicken

These are the things u need to make buttermilk chicken.(dont forget sugar and salt!)
  1. boneless chicken.
  2. plain flour(for crispy chicken).
  3. oil(for frying chicken).
  4. butter(for the sauce).
  5. sugar and salt.
  6. curry leaves.
  7. ideal milk.
  8. chilli(if u like it spicy).
First, slice the chicken into small slices(the size is up to u).
then cover the chicken slices with flour.
next, deep fry the chicken.
After all of the chicken slices are fried, its time for the sauce. First, put some butter in ur pan (in my case i put 4 spoonful of butter), it depends on how much chicken u cook, and remmber that the ratio of the butter and milk is 2:3 (dont put more butter it's gnna b oily). At this stage u can add sugar and salt, how much u want 2 put depends on u,but not too much salt, remember that the butter is salty. Some people like it sweet so a few spoons of sugar would do.
Then time for the milk ^_^ i poured 3/4 can of ideal milk.
Stir and mix it well until its a bit thick.
Now u can put in the curry leaves and ur fried chicken in ^_^
tadaaaaa!! its done, ready 2 b serve =)
Linkits best serve with rice ^_^

This post has nothing to do with photography at all...cos of my low quality shots..sigh i used my fone cam, havent got my cam yet.. CLAY requested me to post buttermilk chicken recipe(which is his fav food XD ) so here it is,any question just ask me.i hope this help ^_^ n enjoy cooking =) I thank NASI and her fren for the recipe =) i just thought that i need 2 credit her for her recipe X)
