HOW TO : cook buttermilk chicken

These are the things u need to make buttermilk chicken.(dont forget sugar and salt!)
  1. boneless chicken.
  2. plain flour(for crispy chicken).
  3. oil(for frying chicken).
  4. butter(for the sauce).
  5. sugar and salt.
  6. curry leaves.
  7. ideal milk.
  8. chilli(if u like it spicy).
First, slice the chicken into small slices(the size is up to u).
then cover the chicken slices with flour.
next, deep fry the chicken.
After all of the chicken slices are fried, its time for the sauce. First, put some butter in ur pan (in my case i put 4 spoonful of butter), it depends on how much chicken u cook, and remmber that the ratio of the butter and milk is 2:3 (dont put more butter it's gnna b oily). At this stage u can add sugar and salt, how much u want 2 put depends on u,but not too much salt, remember that the butter is salty. Some people like it sweet so a few spoons of sugar would do.
Then time for the milk ^_^ i poured 3/4 can of ideal milk.
Stir and mix it well until its a bit thick.
Now u can put in the curry leaves and ur fried chicken in ^_^
tadaaaaa!! its done, ready 2 b serve =)
Linkits best serve with rice ^_^
