thnx babe =) seriously i suck at portrait...shooting human is hard for me, if u have any tips, i'll b happy 2 learn =)
for a child, try taking it at the same level as the subject's head. but an overhead shot won't harm just to add up a lil bit but for a perfect portraiture, your camera should be the same level as your subject's height. - well at least that what i've been told hehehe.
D80 is a good camera :)
